Job Overview:
A strategic Resource Manager is sought after to optimize resource utilization and drive project success. This key role involves monitoring and managing resource allocation across multiple projects and departments, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs, guaranteeing alignment between resource availability and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of resource allocation in resource management systems to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Support forecasting of resource demand and resolution of resource conflicts to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+Years of Experience in Resource Management
  • Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Resource Management Tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project)
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
