Commercial Real Estate Research Manager Position

This is a unique opportunity to lead research initiatives that shape market insights and client strategies in the commercial real estate industry. As a Research Manager, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive primary and secondary research to provide market intelligence, developing detailed research reports, and collaborating with internal teams to integrate research findings into strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis and research to provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop high-quality research reports, whitepapers, and articles to establish thought leadership in commercial real estate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business development and strategy initiatives.
  • Maintain a structured knowledge base of research findings and best practices for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in research, market analysis, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to role responsibilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets in India or experience in setting up Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Agile and flexible approach to role responsibilities, with a startup mindset.
