We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a performance-driven position that requires expertise in planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to drive business growth.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Content team to ensure ads align with brand storytelling and visuals.
  • Explore opportunities in Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads as the brand grows.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CAC.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams to brief and refine ad assets.
  • Experience with premium or luxury brand advertising is a strong plus.
