Business Growth Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business expansion and revenue creation across the region. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of acquiring new clients, implementing sales strategies, and executing marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Developing and executing business and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Acquiring new clients through strategic sales and marketing efforts
  • Maximizing revenue from existing clients
  • Leading a team of IT recruitment specialists and fostering their professional development
  • Managing staffing and recruitment delivery processes
  • Overseeing end-to-end mid and senior-level recruitment processes

Candidates with a strong background in IT recruitment, contract staffing, and sales are encouraged to apply. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in new client acquisition and contract staffing is required. Experience as a regional or business head in IT recruitment is highly desirable.

A hard-core sales professional with a proven track record of maximizing revenue is essential. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of technical skills, sourcing platforms, and entrepreneurial spirit with a long-term commitment. Strong academic credentials are a must.

The engagement model will be fixed fee plus performance-based incentives.
