Job Title: Branch Head

This is a senior-level role responsible for the efficient daily operation of a branch, including lending, product sales and customer service. The successful candidate will be expected to prepare and implement plans for business growth in consultation with the Cluster Head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with cluster office and other branches to ensure smooth management of operations and achievement of overall business goals
