Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including costing and contracting.
  • Ensure timely execution of civil works projects in accordance with schedules.
  • Analyze and negotiate contracts to secure favorable pricing terms.
  • Coordinate closely with consultants to review and comply with operational requirements.
  • Manage cash flow effectively.
  • Oversee MIS management and project coordination.
  • Procure materials and services while ensuring contractor billing accuracy.
  • Lead a team of project engineers to supervise and execute entire civil work projects.
  • Implement and maintain quality and safety standards during project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in managing civil projects at large manufacturing plants.
