Senior Relationship Manager Role
Develops and nurtures high net worth customer relationships to drive business growth through in-depth client profiling, opportunity identification, and solution matching. Key responsibilities include generating business actions across liabilities, assets, and fee products to sustain relationship value, revenue, and client stickiness. Additionally, formulates and implements sales plans to acquire new clients and expands the customer base.
Key Skills:
- Aptitude for delivering high-quality customer service using organization and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent communication skills, presentable, and a quick grasping power.
- Decision-making skills with good sense of ownership-understanding client requirements.
- Strong expertise in portfolio handling of big HNI customers and building relationship management.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation qualification in any stream or MBA preferred.
- NISM/IRDA/AMFI certifications if available.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in relationship and portfolio management.
