Senior E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior E-commerce Specialist to drive all e-commerce activities forward. This includes forecasting sales, resolving conflicts, and growing the business using positive customer experience.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished professional to lead our e-commerce team in streamlining processes, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance overall customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize e-commerce operations and identify areas for improvement

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce leadership roles, with expertise in strategy development, team management, and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
