**Job Title:** Director of Digital Marketing
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a multi-channel digital marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives.
- Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the BFSI/E-commerce industry.
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
