Job Opportunity

The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in implementing banking products, leveraging modern technologies and ensuring customer satisfaction through process improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Possess strong technical and functional background and understanding of Banking product implementation.
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, infrastructure design, and DevOps practices.
  • Leverage modern technologies like Apache Kafka, Container orchestration, and microservices architecture.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage resources effectively.
  • Address and solve conflict resolution.
  • Capable to handle multiple stakeholders in large programs.
Experience:

08 to 12 years of experience.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of above-mentioned technologies.
  • Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal guidance.
  • Define and maintain architecture standards and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Apache Kafka.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools along with hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud native services.
  • Good analytical abilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Awesome team management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of either of the core domains (i.e. Banking and/or payments) would be an added advantage.
  • Prior exposure to Customer-facing roles or Prospect interactions is highly preferred.
  • Identify critical risks and classify them based on criticality and work towards the mitigation plan.
  • Identification of backup plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions and implementation strategies.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to keep track of deliveries.
  • Provide review on critical dependencies on the program (both functional and technical).
  • Monitor the gaps and make the right escalation to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for Lifecycle Management activity for tech stack for TCS BaNCS and also responsible for any technology & Infrastructure upgrade.
