We're an innovative Edtech and Upskilling platform on a mission to revolutionize the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry with technology-driven learning solutions. As we scale, we need a seasoned Strategic Technology Leader to spearhead our tech strategy and oversee the development of our Learning Management System (LMS) and digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive tech roadmap that drives our 0-1 journey forward.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the LMS platform and integrations that meet Edtech needs.
  • Evaluate and onboard the right technology stack, tools, and vendors to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Mentor and build a high-performing tech team that shares your passion for innovation.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership roles, preferably in Edtech or SaaS.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling digital platforms, driving technological advancements, and ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Hands-on expertise in product architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security, with a strong understanding of LMS platforms, APIs, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, personalization, and data-driven features that enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fractional/part-time capacity, balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
