  • Conflict Resolution: Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to find solutions to disputes and disagreements between individuals or groups.
  • Delegation: Assign tasks or responsibilities to others while maintaining accountability for the overall outcome.
  • Process Improvement: Drive improvements through data insights, implement automation where possible, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize business processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve product or service quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinate with the WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
  • Coaching/Mentoring: Guide, support, and motivate individuals or teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Team Engagement: Organize team engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Problem Solving: Break down simple problems, identify potential solutions, and take action to resolve the issue.
  • Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Interpret data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs to different audiences.
  • Effective Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations, including organizing the presentation, designing visual aids, modulating voice, using body language, making eye contact, and demonstrating confidence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
