Job Title: Conversion Officer

The Role:

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of applications by collaborating with Business Development teams and their agents.
  • Ensure accurate application statuses, address delays, and provide support for application progression.
  • Assist Business Development Teams with offer releases, interview links, and other application-related issues.
  • Close previous intake applications by following up with Business Development Teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Drill: Regularly check application progress, discuss status with Business Development teams, and ensure timely completion.
  • Application Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date pipeline with correct statuses, collaborate with Business Development Managers to resolve delays, and adhere to established processes.
  • Support Application Progression: Collaborate with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth application progression and reach the visa stage.
  • Document Collection & Follow-ups: Engage with agents/students for pending documents, facilitate conversion from COL to UCOL, and collect visa documents according to regional checklists.
  • Assessment & Compliance: Assess documents at the Visa stage, ensure all requirements are met, and forward documents to the Compliance team for review.
  • Pipeline Tracking & Reporting: Monitor pipeline progress, generate reports, and share insights with Regional Managers and Heads.
  • Communication & Issue Resolution: Ensure updates are shared promptly with Business Development Managers, maintain a follow-up on refund cases, and proactively resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in Overseas Education industry.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage workload independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho or Salesforce.
  • Experience of working or studying abroad.
