Job Role: Conversion Officer

This role plays a vital part in supporting Regional Heads/proxies across different territories by facilitating the conversion of applications to paid students. We seek an individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

You will collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure seamless transition of potential students to the enrolment phase and beyond. This involves providing top-quality admissions support to applicants, agents, and academic decision-makers while adhering to established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a Healthy Pipeline by regularly checking application status and addressing delays.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline statuses.
  • Support Application Progression by collaborating with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to move applications smoothly through the process.
  • Assist Business Teams for release of offers, interview links, and delays from Admission/Visa teams.
  • Closure of previous intake applications and follow-up on documents collection and follow-ups.
  • Document Collection & Follow-ups, Assessment of documents at Visa stage, Deadline communication, and Updating Notes on CRM.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate/bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in Overseas Education industry.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload independently and as part of a team.
