Student Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in providing university application support to students.

Job Description:

The Student Support Specialist will play a vital role in helping students navigate their university application journey. This involves working closely with students to understand their preferences, needs, and goals, and providing them with accurate and clear information about studying abroad.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate record-keeping in our CRM system.
  • Capability to provide talks/presentations on behalf of the organization in webinars/seminars and virtual counseling sessions via Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Provision of accurate and clear information to students, as well as answering all inquiries from students.

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Passion for helping students and giving them impartial and honest advice on studying abroad.
  • Prior experience in counseling students is a must, preferably from the study abroad sector.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular hours to suit the needs of the organization.
