About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Conduct market research, set goals, and devise effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage high-quality content across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute engaging social media content to build brand loyalty and increase followers.
  • PPC Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Design and send targeted email campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and track performance metrics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign success, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Enhance website user experience to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Influencer and Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and manage affiliate programs to expand brand reach and generate revenue.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
