We are seeking a skilled Technology Recruitment professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, handling high-volume mandates with speed and precision.

  • Acting as the sole driver of end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer
  • Handling high-volume mandates with speed, focus, and precision
  • Deep-diving into niche tech hiring and bringing in top talent for hard-to-fill roles
  • Being the primary point of contact for hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Ensuring seamless delivery and consistent updates on progress and closures

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technology recruitment experience preferably with a staffing firm or product-led company
  • Proven success in hiring across core technology and data verticals including Engineering DevOps QA Product Management Data Science Machine Learning Data Engineering and UI UX Design
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri and job board optimization
  • Excellent communication calibration and stakeholder management skills
  • A high sense of ownership speed and comfort with changing priorities
