Job Title: US IT Recruiter – Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned IT recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically sourcing, screening, and closing niche IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit top talent for various tech roles, including Java Backend API Developers, Fullstack Java Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, and SDETs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final interview stages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Utilize souring platforms, such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed, to find suitable candidates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the US staffing or voice process industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical professionals, particularly for Java, Cloud, and Data Engineering roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (US time zones).
