Desired Profile:

Must have Hands on experience in recruitment across various Healthcare/IT/Non IT/Semiconductor verticals in US Staffing.

Total of 2 to 6 years experience.

Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the Tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).

Experience using recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster & Career Builder.

Experience working with Direct Clients |VMS requirement

Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.

Excellent communication skills.

Must be willing to work in Night Shift (PST Shift).
