**Job Title:** ESG & Sustainability Lead

 

**Key Responsibilities:
  • We drive execution of environmental, social and governance projects across the organization.
  • We facilitate certifications compliance, including LEED, RJC, SMETA audits, as well as BRSR report preparation assistance.
  • We promote environmental initiatives such as solar power usage, electric vehicle adoption, afforestation and carbon/water reduction goals.
  • We foster community engagement by promoting employee volunteering, which achieved a 96% satisfaction rate with an average of 2 hours per month participation.
  • We undertake innovation projects focused on sustainable technologies in energy, waste management and green buildings.
  • We enhance employee engagement through GPTW initiatives, LMS learning hours and Dot Collector participation.
  • We support administrative trust-building activities across teams.

 

**Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business or a related field is required.
  • Four to five years of relevant experience in ESG, CSR or sustainability roles are expected.
  • A strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards is essential.
  • An analytical mindset coupled with good Excel and presentation skills is necessary.
  • A passion for sustainability and social responsibility is a must.
