HR Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

About This Role:
  • This is a hands-on role where you will drive HR initiatives directly without a team reporting to you.
  • You will oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Management: Source, interview, hire, and onboard new employees.
  2. Employee Relations: Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
  3. HR Policy Development: Create, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  4. Performance Management: Lead performance management systems, including appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  5. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
