Key Role: Chief Marketing Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to spearhead our marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, developing premium brands, and overseeing all aspects of product development, including tops, bottoms, outerwear, formal wear, casual wear, knits, woven, denim, sportswear, and activewear.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling premium USA, UK, and European brands and possess a deep understanding of sourcing knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop business through strategic marketing plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and collections
  • Collaborate with design and product development teams to understand brand requirements and develop new collection on a regular basis
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textiles, or related field from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 30 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong expertise in handling premium brands, product development, and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet buyers, attend international fairs, and present to senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team player skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and other relevant software
