Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Trunks Company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Brand Advisor to drive brand awareness, generate sales, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge of the brand's heritage, journey, products, and services.
  • Handle client feedback and grievances professionally and drive solutions to the issues when necessary.
  • Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand.
  • Prepare client briefing documents and timely organizing documents required for client communication.
  • Prepare presentations & keep database updates all the time.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and anticipate challenges & potential client issues.
  • Handle end-to-end client journey from client appointments to post-delivery satisfaction and all other pre & post-sales activities.
  • Represent the Brand in National/ International Art & Design events and private previews.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputed institute.
  • 7+ years (preferably in the Retail Luxury/Hospitality/ Interior Industry) of experience.
