Training Strategy Leader

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our training strategy, driving business growth through employee empowerment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury retail excellence and be equipped to develop engaging, interactive training content.

Job Description

This key role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the overall training strategy across the organization. By doing so, they will ensure that employees embody the brand's values, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and continuously upskill to meet evolving business needs.

The Training Strategy Leader will be instrumental in creating and delivering training modules on luxury customer service, clienteling, selling skills, brand storytelling, and enhancing overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Overall Training Strategy: Align training objectives with business goals and drive employee development to enhance luxury retail capabilities.
  2. Create and Deliver Engaging Training Content: Design and implement training modules that foster a culture of excellence, emphasizing luxury customer service, clienteling, and sales skills.
  3. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and make data-driven decisions to improve future initiatives.
