Data Specialist Role

This role supports meeting planners with data administration tasks in internal and customer applications.

  • Collecting, reviewing, cross-checking, and analyzing event budgets assigned via a project management tool.
  • Communicating with departments to clarify requests and obtain supporting documentation.
  • Reviewing and completing event close-out processes according to policy guidelines.
  • Assessing, analyzing, and entering data from one source to another.
  • Reconciling meeting and event spend, tracking budget items, catching errors, and missing invoices for follow-up with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of work experience in data entry, financial reconciliations, P2P operations, or account receivables management.
  • Good communication and directive skills in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
  • Customer service excellence.
  • Reasonable proficiency in MS Office productivity tools like Excel.

The role requires working virtually and may involve EMEA shifts.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
