Key Role:

The EDI Administration Specialist will focus on maintaining electronic data interchange processes, ensuring seamless communication between business partners and internal systems. The role involves administering and troubleshooting EDI transactions, collaborating with teams to resolve issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage EDI maps, specifications, and protocols for trading partners and vendors.
  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations with business applications (ERP, supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards, company policies, and data security regulations.
  • Develop documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and partner guidelines.
Requirements
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
