Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of engaging training programs that elevate the skills and performance of our frontline employees and team leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement campaign-specific and site-wide training programs for Team Leaders (TLs) and Teammates (TMs).
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure training initiatives support performance metrics and business outcomes.
  • Develop innovative, technical, and engaging training content tailored to each campaign's needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed curriculum, training materials, and evaluation tools across multiple training levels—from onboarding to leadership development.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and resource for all training-related inquiries and support.
  • Evaluate and refine training effectiveness through performance data, feedback, and post-training assessments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design, team development, and employee onboarding programs.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
