Problem Solving Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in assisting our team in planning, coordinating, and executing our summer program focused on problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and logical thinking.

  • Program Development: Design and develop engaging problem-solving cases, math activities, workshops, and presentations that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Program Delivery: Conduct problem-solving and math workshops at various schools across the country, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate event logistics, scheduling, and resources to ensure smooth delivery of workshops.
  • Community Outreach: Foster relationships with schools, teachers, and students to promote the program's mission and encourage participation.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content and drive outreach efforts, highlighting the program's benefits and impact.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Collect participant feedback, track attendance, and contribute to continuous improvement of event content to ensure optimal results.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science, engineering, education, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of relevant work experience. Volunteering experience in teaching programs is highly preferred.
