We're looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join our Cyber Academy team. This role will be responsible for instructing Zscaler technical courses and certifications online and in-class with professionalism and effective techniques.

  • Configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler training environments, including Zero Trust Exchange, Cloud Protection solutions, and network services.
  • Managing class rosters, track attendance, and collect post-class surveys.
  • Providing support and assistance to students as needed.
  • Delivering training onsite or virtually, with up to 90% travel, including remote locations in India, and flexibility across APJ time zones.

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong classroom skills: presentation, listening, engagement, cultural sensitivity, and understanding. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in technical training and a bachelor's degree in a technology major with a minor in communications, or equivalent technical/communications certifications.
