Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Lead Engineer.

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in designing and developing solutions that enhance user interactions and streamline service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully architecting, developing, and maintaining Virtual Agent conversations as well as customizing and integrating Chat solutions for real-time user support and automation of routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Virtual Agent & Chat Solutions
  • Architect, develop and maintain Virtual Agent conversations for enhanced user interactions and streamlined service delivery
  • Customize and integrate Chat solutions for real-time user support and automation of routine tasks
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
  • Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrating third-party systems with ServiceNow
  • In-depth understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and related ServiceNow modules
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with best practices

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities to drive automation initiatives and improve user experiences.
