Job Opportunity

As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate key performance metrics to support business objectives and develop scalable data pipelines using Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while maintaining efficiency and scalability.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and define new data streams in MCI, ensuring timely data refresh cycles and optimal results.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements for visualizations and work with data analysts to build reports and dashboards that effectively present key metrics.
  • Develop best practices and processes for data management and visualization, staying up-to-date on Salesforce releases and updates.
  • Manage direct and indirect reports as needed, working within a matrixed global organization.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in analytics, consulting, and/or enterprise software, including demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, with proficiency in Datorama, Salesforce configurations, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to provide efficient, reliable, and courteous service.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Data Engineering & Business Intelligence ecosystem, with Salesforce MCI certification and familiarity with AppExchange deployment, Flow, Aura component, and Lightning Web component.
