Accounts Payable Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Professional to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the Account Payable process for our entities.
  • Review and booking of the invoices in our tool.
  • Check analytics according to our Group rules.
  • Follow approval workflows and send reminders if needed.
  • Participate in Monthly and Annual closing, Suppliers accruals review, A P review.
  • Participate in the optimization of processes, tools for Procurement.
  • Share best practices and prepare workshops to ensure that all stakeholders have the right information.

As an Accounts Payable Professional, you will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and good terms with our valued partners. You will be part of a collaborative international environment, where teamwork and proactive mindset are highly valued.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA, M Com, CPA certifications are a plus.
  • The knowledge of NetSuite or Procurement software can be a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in A P accounting is appreciated.
  • Curiosity by nature, organized, willing to learn new things, and develop improve your hard and soft skills.
