
Senior Customer Experience Specialist

This is a critical position within the retail sector, focusing on providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers visiting the store for article drop-off and collection, ensuring a professional interaction.
- Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, upholding high standards.
- Manage inventory of stock, ensuring items are properly logged and available as needed.
- Handle daily cash collection and prepare end-of-day financial summaries with accuracy.
- Follow up with customers regarding the collection of completed orders.
- Resolve customer concerns or grievances politely and confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay in close communication with the operational team to ensure smooth processing of articles and resolve any logistical issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, stock, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with customers confidently.
- A polite, hospitable, and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
- Basic understanding of managing cash transactions and maintaining financial records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards resolving customer issues and ensuring smooth store operations.
