  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into product enhancements and campaigns.

As a Growth Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth experiments, customer acquisition, data-driven hustling, content and marketing support, community building, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements include 1-3 years of experience in a growth function, solid understanding of digital marketing basics, analytical mindset, and willingness to hustle.
