We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Application Specialist to join our team. As an Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end application journey for students applying to top universities across the globe.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for evaluating student profiles, recommending suitable programs/universities, and guiding students on documentation, eligibility, deadlines, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable programs/universities
  • Guide students on documentation, eligibility, deadlines, and compliance requirements
  • Assist in drafting SOPs, resumes, LORs, and academic materials
  • Upload verified documents to CRM/university portals with precision
  • Liaise with international universities and coordinate with internal teams for a smooth process
  • Maintain trackers, provide weekly reports, and highlight bottlenecks to management
