Strategic Debt Management Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced legal professional to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on optimizing debt management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise senior stakeholders on legal strategies for debt management, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Oversee and resolve debt-related disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel when required.
  • Conduct in-depth research to support litigation strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams to create solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Build relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in litigation processes, civil procedure, and relevant laws and regulations in India.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues in a clear manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
