About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves:

  • Forecast monthly supply onboardings based on historical data and seasonal trends and plan manpower requirements accordingly.
  • Assign leads efficiently to ensure quick onboarding and follow-up on all potential partners.
  • Ensure all incoming leads are effectively utilized and converted.

About Your Skills

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have experience in:

  • Working with google sheets and excel. Should be able to manage existing processes and set up new processes.
  • Managing a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes.
  • Providing guidance, training, and performance management support to the team leads.
