Senior Supply Chain Professional

Leading a supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive efficiency, reliability, and innovation in the sourcing, production, and logistics of Tavira's products.

This role requires a strong foundation in supply chain management, with experience in strategic planning, vendor partnerships, demand forecasting, inventory management, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or production, with a preferred background in education (IIT/IIM). Prior experience in leading teams, managing vendors, and implementing systems will also be beneficial.

  • Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone for Tavira's growth.
  • Vendor & Production Leadership: Build and manage a network of processors, manufacturers, and suppliers across various regions.
  • Demand & Inventory Planning: Partner with design and merchandising teams to forecast demand, align supply with product launches, and optimize working capital.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics with a focus on speed and cost efficiency.
  • Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, merchandising, retail, and finance teams to ensure seamless product rollouts.
