Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our integration delivery efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving strategic business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Delivery Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering integration projects from start to finish, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and align with business objectives.

  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process: Establish and manage demand management and onboarding processes for initiatives and projects requiring digital backbone integration.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, including planning, requirements gathering, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Effectively manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Methodology & Process: Implement and refine agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Mentor and coach team members, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
About the Role

This role is responsible for leading the delivery of integration projects across various systems, applications, and partners. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating integration projects that connect systems, data, and teams across continents.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of integration technologies, including APIs, events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, and SAP BTP IS. They will also have experience with agile project management methodologies and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
