Job Overview

The Brand Trainee is an entry-level position that provides opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the counter in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized support to meet their needs.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and needs.
  • Demonstrate and explain product features, usage, and benefits to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions, billing, and cash/card payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Keep the counter area clean, organized, and presentable to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Record sales, customer inquiries, and complaints accurately and efficiently.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate to the manager when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
