About the Role

Our organization is seeking a Print Production Specialist to manage end-to-end production activities for direct mail campaigns. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate printing, processing, and mailing of notices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire print production process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality output and customer satisfaction.
  • Closely monitor multiple direct mail campaigns simultaneously, guaranteeing timely completion and meeting project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate projects, maintain workflow organization, and develop training initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain rigorous quality standards and adhere to company policies.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement.
  • Provide operational support, including data entry, mail services, and quality control.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Print Production, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in print production coordination.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data entry and workflow management tools

Core Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Self-management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of mail services and operations support

Preferred Certification: Certified Print Production Professional (CPPP).

Work Hours: Must be flexible to work in US business hours.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work in an office environment, performing tasks that may involve sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
