Job Overview

The Print Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day print execution for clients, ensuring timely deliverables through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Expectations
  • Adhere to Client Processes and Policies
  • Provide Technical Support and Advice
  • Partner with Artwork Studios and Printers to Drive Quality Prints
  • Support During Design Phase and Review Potential Risks
  • Lead Conversations with Stakeholders on Print Work
  • Track Project Timelines and Meet Deadlines
  • Manage Color Standards Storage and Courier Arrangements
  • Initiative and Proactivity in Resolving Challenges
  • Foster Good Relationships Across Stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 5 Years of Progressive Print Production Experience or Equivalent Combination of Education
  • Client-Facing Experience and Prior Experience in Project/Account Management
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation Tools
  • Strong Knowledge of Various Print Methods (e.g. Offset, Flexo or Gravure)
  • Strong Analytical, Prioritizing, Interpersonal, Problem-Solving, Presentation, Budgeting, Project Management and Planning Skills
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to Develop and Maintain Collaborative Relationships
  • Ability to Work Well Autonomously and Within a Team in a Fast-Paced Environment
