Job Title

An Admission Executive will be responsible for student recruitment to the College's programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit students to the College's programs.
  • Network with new contacts to increase inquiry production.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. They should have outstanding customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with prospective students, teachers, and administrators. In addition, they should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong problem-solving skills.

About This Role

This role involves working closely with the growing alumni network to develop new student/professional networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students through phone, email, and mail in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for developing and updating a database of contact people for workshops and information sessions.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about education and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. In addition, they should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience using databases.

Student Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to recruit students to the College's programs.

Networking: Network with new contacts to increase inquiry production.

Communication: Communicate with prospective students, teachers, and administrators through phone, email, and mail.

Databases: Develop and update a database of contact people for workshops and information sessions.
