Job Description: Senior Business Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Solutions Consultant to join our talented engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating functional requirement documents, business requirement documents, and helping the delivery team document technical documentation mapping business functions.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure there are no gaps in client understanding and internal architects & delivery teams. Your ideal candidate would have a reasonable domain knowledge and ability to understand business operations and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and manage relationships ensuring alignment with client objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to deliver solutions as per requirements.
  • Understand the current landscape, help create target states across all business functions and operations.
  • Create functional requirement and business requirement documents and help delivery teams document technical documentation mapping business functions.
  • Understand business processes in detail and work closely with architects to evolve conceptual and logical data models.
  • Bring industry experience to drive business architecture and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure there are no gaps in client understanding and internal architects & delivery teams.
  • Communicate with business using business language and translate business requirements into language that internal IT teams can understand.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field; master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) preferred.
  • Extensive experience in asset management, wealth management, and asset services domains.
  • Overall experience of 7-10 years in relevant domain.
  • Proven track record of managing and implementing complex solutions.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
