Job Title: Strategic Implementation Director

 

About the Role:

The role of the Strategic Implementation Director involves leading the development and execution of global implementation strategies for large-scale HRMS deployments.

This position requires a strategic thinker with experience in managing complex, distributed teams across multiple geographies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and rapid growth trajectory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute global implementation strategies for large-scale HRMS deployments.

2. Lead and manage distributed teams of Engagement Managers, Solution Architects, and Product Specialists across multiple geographies.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of implementation activities.

4. Analyze project data to identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements.

5. Foster strong relationships with C-level stakeholders at Enterprise client organizations.

6. Champion client advocacy within the organization to ensure customer needs are reflected in product and services evolution.

 

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

* 12+ years of progressive experience in HR/HR Consulting/H RMS Delivery or Customer Success with minimum 4 years in senior management roles.

* Proven track record of successfully delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

* Strong understanding of global HR practices and regulatory framework of more than one region/geography.

* Outstanding executive presence with ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and senior decision makers.
