Lead Financial Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary finance leader to drive growth, profitability, and corporate governance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in strategic financial planning, investor relations, risk management, and operational efficiency. They will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for IT services and group entities, while driving organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Provide real-time financial insights to support decision-making and drive informed business decisions.
  • Optimize capital allocation to support expansion projects, M&A, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain liquidity and ensure 95% cash flow forecast accuracy.
  • Implement robust internal controls and risk frameworks tailored to IT services contracts.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and IT services-related statutory requirements.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional with:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
  • 12-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in the services sector.
  • Proven expertise in investor relations and IPO readiness.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, legal compliance, risk management, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, strategic vision, and communication skills.

Bonus Points:

Candidates with experience in IT/Services companies, proficiency in project profitability tracking, and cost optimization will be given preference.
