Senior Human-Centered Design Specialist

About the Role

We are building a design-first product team focused on creating visually stunning and interactive UIs for web and mobile platforms.

  • Delight users with seamless, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing experiences.
  • Craft world-class visuals, interactions, and systems that reflect cultural nuance and visual excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate wireframes, user journeys, and product goals into high-fidelity, visually compelling UI designs.
  2. Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  3. Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and micro interaction libraries.
Requirements

  • 4–6 years of UI design experience in fast-paced startups or B2C digital products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, elegant UI across mobile and web platforms.
Desired Skills

  • Advanced expertise in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Proven experience in building, scaling, and maintaining component-based design systems.
  • Ability to design and prototype engaging micro interactions using tools like Lottie, After Effects, or Rive (optional but a plus).

  • Emotionally resonant and visually elegant UIs that balance form and function.
  • Scalable, consistent design systems tailored for culturally diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in motion design, micro interactions, or animation.
