Lead UI/UX Designer

We're seeking a skilled Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead the creation of innovative, user-centric digital experiences.

This role requires a designer who can think strategically, execute with precision, and deliver work that elevates our brand's reputation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing intuitive interfaces, crafting compelling visual identities, and leveraging modern design tools.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing high-impact campaigns, ads, and digital creatives that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Crafting clean, modern layouts with strong typography and visual hierarchy.
  • Building robust brand systems that communicate value and elevate perception.
  • Designing intuitive, user-first interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Owning the full design cycle: wireframe → prototype → polished design.

The successful candidate will be able to accelerate ideation and asset creation using AI tools, generate branded mockups, icons, and illustrations on demand, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A deep understanding of human-centered design principles and practices.
  • Experience designing for digital-first contexts (social, product, mobile, web).
  • Proficiency in modern design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design software.
