Job Title: Cybersecurity Visionary

• Design and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect complex IT environments.
• Lead the delivery of key technologies, including data discovery, file upload security, attack surface management, breach and attack simulation, red teaming, decoy/honeypot solutions, secure data backup, and ransomware protection.
• Deploy and optimize phishing simulation, MDM, AD security, and NAC solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security engineering and L3 teams.
• Collaborate with governance, risk, and compliance teams to align security initiatives with regulatory standards.
• Evaluate vendor solutions and manage third-party integrations.
• Represent the security function in internal and external audits, assessments, and executive briefings.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership of technical teams.
• Proven expertise in deploying and managing enterprise-grade security solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience in red teaming, threat simulation, or adversary emulation is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Relevant certifications preferred.
