Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FI modules, including General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.

  • The successful candidate will also have expertise in configuring SAP FI system settings, such as chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, and posting periods.
  • Additionally, they will have mastery of financial transaction processing, including journal entries, recurring entries, and payment processing.
  • They will be proficient with SAP transaction codes related to FI, such as FB01, F-02, F110, FBL1N, and FBL5N.
  • The candidate should also have experience with integration of SAP FI with other modules, like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and CO (Controlling).
  • Knowledge of SAP FI reporting and analytics, including generating financial statements and audit reports, is essential.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI system issues and errors is also required.
  • Understanding of SAP financial closing processes, including month-end closing activities and year-end closing activities, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with SAP data migration tools, such as LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, such as IFRS, GAAP, and tax laws, is also beneficial.
